A warm welcome to Elm Beauty by Rubina

Elm Beauty by Rubina is a new salon set in tranquil and pleasant surroundings in Preston which is run by Rubina, who is an experienced and skilled beauty therapist of nearly 15 years.

Elm Beauty by Rubina offers beauty treatments for nails, brows, pedicures, facials and microblading amongst many other treatments. Elm Beauty by Rubina aims to give customers all the experiences of a modern salon with an added personal touch of a one to one interaction.

Rubina's main goal is to offer each client the undivided attention they deserve, hoping that they leave the salon happy with their experience and their treatment.
